The newly crowned Miss England is a picture-perfect beauty queen.
Alize Mounter is 22, blonde, 5'11 , tanned, toned - and Welsh.
The former Britain's Next Top Model contestant won the crown because she is currently living in England.
But Alize speaks fluent Welsh and even grew up in Rhonda Valley.
However a Miss England spokeswoman said Alize, who beat 63 other contestants for the title, didn't need to be English and won "fair and square".
Beauty queens need only to live in England and be British citizens.
So what does Alize say? The journalism student, who has also been crowned Miss Wales, said she was delighted to win the crown: "I'm so excited, I can't believe it. I never expected to win".
