James Corden has said he is "totally privileged" at being asked to present the Brit Awards again.
The Gavin and Stacey star will present the annual music awards in 2012, after hosting the ceremony solo last year, and alongside Mat Horne and Kylie Minogue in 2009.
Corden said: "I enjoyed presenting the show so much last year, so being asked back for the third time is a real honour.
"Ever since I was a teenager, I've loved the Brit Awards. As a music fan I feel totally privileged to have the best seat in the house. I can't wait."
The comedian was widely criticised for his solo hosting skills last year. The Telegraph called him "possibly the Brits worst presenter ever" and said: "His over enthusiastic, over sincere 'its all about the music' mantra almost made me nostalgic for the bumbling amateurism of Sam Fox."
Meanwhile, the artist behind the Beatles' Sgt Pepper sleeve, Sir Peter Blake, has been commissioned to design the Brit Awards next year.
Sir Peter follows Dame Vivienne Westwood in putting his mark on the statuettes which are handed to prize-winners at the annual bash.
The Awards are due to take place at The O2 in London on February 21, 2012.
