Celebs are notorious for sporting some daft inkings - Frankie Cocozza and his MJ tatttoo and Cheryl's barbed wired thigh are just two that spring to mind.
But as far as scrawling actual words all over your body goes there aren't more that come much sillier than this.
And the owner of this bad body art? Step forward Girls Aloud's Sarah Harding.
The singer stepped out in London last night in a backless number which showed off her new, kind-of tramp stamp.
Sarah has had a tough time of late, so it is no wonder she may have needed some words of motivation, but 'Don't Be Bitter - Glitter'? Seriously Sarah?
The tat could be a reference to the Girls Aloud song Call The Shots, which features the lyric 'dreams that glitter'. The girls have previously stated how much they love the line, which became the name of their autobiography in 2008.
So now anytime she needs a little pick me up, she can simply crane her neck round and stand with her back to a mirror to make herself feel better.
Sarah is just getting over the bloody brawl she had with ex-boyfriend at the start of the month, which came after a spell in rehab.
In an interview with The Sun last week, Sarah said: "I have so much to live for. I have my family and friends, my dogs, a film coming out. I still want to do music and do something solo. Now I think it's about being single and concentrating on myself and my career and who knows what the future holds.
"I feel like I don't want to be stuck with that drunken image. I go to after-care for the extension to my rehab to keep me going. I am trying so hard. I just want to be taken seriously."
Probably best not the best idea to get a daft tattoo then.
