House of Lords rebellions have become a regular feature of Parliamentary life in recent months.
On Monday's edition of the BBC's Daily Politics programme, Priti Patel accused peers of taking an "artificial" tone in their regular battles - calling the latest rebellion, a clash over a cap in welfare payments, "predictable".
