Sophie Stockton, Student, Finds Stash Of Cocaine In Book Bought From Amazon

Cocaine Stash Found In Book Bought On Amazon

A student in the US discovered a three-gram stash of cocaine in a book bought from online retailer Amazon.

Reported by Sky News, the packet of suspicious white powder was found by Sophia Stockton from Kansas, housed in a used textbook on terrorism, costing $30.

The coke was first spotted by Stockton’s brother as the pair sat at a table.

Just a little tiny package falls out with white powder in it,” she said. “And I'm like, 'White powder just fell out of my terrorism book.' And so my brother was like, 'Oh, that's scary’."

Stockton added: “In class we talked about people sending bombs in the mail and I thought of, you know, they send anthrax in the mail too.”

The student handed the package over to police officers who identified it as the popular narcotic.

They went back and they tested it and he came back like 10 minutes later and said, 'You didn't happen to purchase cocaine with your textbook did you?'” she added. “I was like 'No’.''
