The Laftas 2012: Who Won What At Loaded Magazine's Comedy Awards

Is This Really The Funniest Man On Twitter?

Loaded magazine presented its annual comedy awards - the Laftas (see what they did there?) - in London yesterday.

Unlike the British Comedy Awards, which is television-focused, the Laftas cover live comedy, film, TV, the Internet and newspaper columns.

Notable winners included Jon Richardson, Andi Osho, Alan Carr, Vic & Bob, Fresh Meat, Misery Bear and Tim Vine for his one-liner "Conjuctivitis.com - that's a site for sore eyes".

Dom Joly walked off the Funniest Twitterer award - a result which raised a few virtual eyebrows online, as it seemed more a case of 'a funny person who's on Twitter' rather than 'a person who consistently tweets funny things' (something which indeed applied to all the nominees on the Funniest Twitterer shortlist. May we suggest to Loaded that they follow this lot?).

So did the best men and women win? Take a look at the full list of Lafta recipients - and give us your thoughts in the comments box below.
