I pretty much run my life online these days, being a new mum, so it’s hard to avoid seeing what people write about me. I think my favourite recently was that I’m a black belt in Tae Kwon Do – I hope no one ever asks me to prove it!

3. How much is too much for a haircut?
That all depends on who’s cutting your hair, and actually whether it’s at home in Liverpool or in London. Of course I’d pay over the odds for someone like Nicky Clarke himself but normally no more then £100.

5. Weirdest thing you’ve been sent by a fan?
I’ve had some very weird things sent in my time! Once I got sent a wedding picture, with my face stuck on the bride and the face of this random man stuck on the groom – not exactly how I pictured my wedding photos turning out! I also got sent an incredibly unflattering picture of a man saying ‘phone me’. I didn’t.

The Phantom of the Opera premiere in New York a few years ago. It was the most amazing night ever.

7. Ever used your fame to get what you want?
No but it’s amazing how often I call a restaurant and get told they don’t have a table only to get a call back five minutes later once they’ve heard my name and a table has magically appeared. Only really works when I use Ellison though, my married name is Tickle and that’s not quite as effective!

8. How much cash would it take to get you to pose in the buff?
I never would! I was offered ridiculous amounts of money to do Playboy a couple of years ago and I turned it down because my Dad’s a taxi driver and I hate the thought of all his mates seeing it. I’m especially glad I turned it down now I have a son; I would never want him to see something like that.

I always love getting freebies, I get a lot of clothes and hair products but if anyone fancies sending me more I won’t say no!
