Justin Bieber's sickly-sweet pop musings appeared to get the better of him as he threw up on stage during a gig in Arizona on Saturday.
The doe-eyed pop phenomenon was part-way through his album track 'Out of Town Girl' when he had to turn away from the crowd to vomit before running off the stage.
His DJ and dancers continued to perform before Bieber returned and apologised to the crowd.
"I'm sorry, I'm going to slow things down," he said before singing a stripped down version of 'Fall'.
Two songs later Bieber had to leave the stage again. On his return he said: "It's hard for me, you know, not feeling great and throwing up in front of a bunch of people.
"Will you love me even though I'm throwing up on stage?
"I wanted to give you my best show ever so do you mind if I finish it?"
