Kylie Minogue has opened up about her battle with breast cancer seven years ago and reveals it still affects her every day.
The pop princess - who was diagnosed with the disease in 2005 - told Metro: "I'm fortunate I'm here to tell the story.
"I have reminders of it every day so it definitely affects my life in a small part, so you just have to adapt and do things slightly differently... just deal with it and move on."
Kylie is gearing up for the release of her new album, 'The Abbey Road Sessions', which saw her reworking some of her best known and biggest hits with an orchestra and big band at the studios made famous by The Beatles.
But one song that won't feature is her duet with Jason Donovan, 'Especially For You'.
She was due to sing the No.1 hit with her former 'Neighbours' co-star and ex-boyfriend at this summer's Hit Factory Live concert in Hyde Park before the show got rained off, but she hasn't ruled out performing it at the rescheduled concert at the O2 in December.
She told the Daily Star: “I really felt for people when it was cancelled; it was so touching, the level of excitement.
“I was like: ‘Oh, someone’s gone and got a bubble perm and are all ready to go.’
“We did the rehearsal two days before and Jason and I looked at each other and realised we had never done it live as it was released back in the mime days of Top of the Pops.
“We have actually done it live three times in rehearsals but that’s it.
“They’ve revamped the show and I’ve said: ‘If I’m available, I’ll be there.’ If it doesn’t happen now, it’ll be something to look forward to.”
