A police investigation has been launched after a body was found in a burning van.
At 5am Sunday, Hampshire Police was alerted by Hampshire Fire and Rescue Service which had attended the vehicle fire in Donnington Drive, Chandler's Ford.
A police spokesman said that the death was being treated as unexplained but not suspicious.
He said: "Police were called by the fire service at around 5am following the discovery of a body at the scene of a vehicle fire.
"The deceased has not been formally identified at this time. The cause of death is unexplained but is not thought to be suspicious.
