Trish Wimberley of the Australian Bat Clinic & Wildlife Trauma Centre looks after hundreds of orphaned baby bats and rears them until they can be released into the wild.
And with her typical day consisting of feeding the bats, carrying out health checks and doing their laundry (no, really - these critters wear a lot of little duster-style cloths), it is, as you can see, a never-ending job.
But now Wimberley - and the loyal volunteers who help her - are getting some recognition for their work, thanks to the video above, which is winging its way around the internet like... well, some sort of bat.
Click play to go "Ooh!" and "Aww!" at what are, in fact, surprisingly cute and really not that scary little creatures. In fact, they look not unlike bear cubs or puppies. Well, bear cubs or puppies with great big leathery wings, that is. Aww!
