The latest trailer for 'Star Trek: Into Darkness' has been released, showing Benedict Cumberbatch slithering around in his villainy glory and Alice Eve in her underwear.
Eve is playing scientist Dr. Carol Marcus, a role that was originally played by the late Bibi Besch in 'Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan' in 1982.
Check out pictures of both actresses as the molecular biologist for Starfleet, below. It seems for Eve's role the character has been sexed-up. As if 'Star Trek' fans needed any more incentive to head to the cinema for this upcoming sequel to to 2009's 'Star Trek'...

In the original timeline, Marcus and Captain Kirk fell in love and had a son named David. From the 'Into Darkness' trailer it’s very likely that we will see the beginnings of their relationship played out by Alice Eve’s Marcus and Chris Pine’s Kirk.
