The Queen officially opened the BBC's new broadcasting house on Friday but appeared at one point to photobomb newsreaders, appearing in the centre of the screen and walking ominously towards the camera.
Presenters Sophie Long and Julian Worricker didn't initially realise she was there and the amusing appearance of Her Majesty popping up live on air in her pale blue suit and hat quickly went viral on social networks.
