American Feminism Students Sign Petition To End Women's Suffrage In Embarrassing Prank

A prank in America, asking females to sign a petition ending female suffrage, has managed to rope in an unfortunately large number of unwitting women.

The wily pranksters over at Youtube channel Whatever, stood outside a women's studies building in University of California, Santa Barbara, asking female passers-by to sign a petition to end women's suffrage - also known as their right to vote. Many, who were unaware of what the word meant, went along with it and signed the petition to abolish their own vote. Interesting.

Thankfully, for women all over the world, the video, which has already racked up 100,000 views on Youtube, also shows some women knowing what the word meant, and accordingly, refusing to sign the petition. There's still hope!
