We can't quite work out what is more ridiculous - the fact that there actually exists a running competition which requires the wearing of 9 centimetre-high heels (minimum) or that these women can still run faster than we can in trainers. The winner of the 100-metre stiletto race managed it in 15 seconds - the prize was a new car. Take a look:
