UPDATE: First Picture Of Cuddly Lion Roar Back In the Loving Arms Of His Owner Phoebe!

A little girl has been reunited with her lost teddy bear – thanks to the combined powers of Facebook and Twitter.

Phoebe Simpson accidentally left ‘Roar’ (who is actually a lion, by the way) on an East Coast train to Kings Cross this weekend.

Luckily passenger Lauren Vranch came across the well-loved toy and took to Twitter to help track down his owner.

Vranch tweeted her progress – including shots of Roar enjoying a stroll around Newcastle and watching Strictly Come Dancing.

Roar’s adventures went viral were picked up by the Spotted: On the Train Facebook page – where Phoebe’s father Ben was alerted to the missing toy .
