Doll like boyband Union J have now actually been turned into dolls.
The singers - who found fame in the 2012 series of 'The X Factor' - unveiled their 12"-high figures at the London Toy Fair today.
And the quartet - Josh Cuthbert, Jaymi Hensley, JJ Hamblett and George Shelley - posed as living dolls themselves by climbing into lifesize boxes to launch the collectors' toys.
Dozens of chart acts have been immortalised as action figures over the years from The Beatles to One Direction. Union J have joined list despite being yet to score a top five single, with their most recent single failing to make the top 100.
The manufacturer said the dolls - available this month for around £16.99 each - have been given replica outfits selected by the band and the each member had their facial features laser scanned to make them more accurate.
But fans could be forgiven for thinking "tat's not quite right", as Hensley's full sleeve tattoo did not seem to have been added to his mini likeness when the figures were shown off at the event at London's Olympia.
