Mick McCarthy, Ipswich Manager, Says 'Frustrated' Fans Can 'F**k Off'

Ipswich Town manager Mick McCarthy said supporters frustrated with their 1-1 draw at Leeds United can "f**k off".

Town, seventh in the Championship and four points outside the Play-off places, were denied a win by Ross McCormack's penalty in the 62nd minute at Elland Road.

When a reporter suggested some fans might be "frustrated" with the result, McCarthy resorted to some no-nonsense Yorkshire bluntness.

"Some people might be frustrated with that result? Some people can f**k off," he replied. Hardly a careless whisper.
