It's not just the coast of England that's taking a battering by storms and flooding.
This was the remarkable scene in the waters off the South-East coast of France on Wednesday as a huge ship was battered against rocks, breaking in two.
Fortunately, the cargo ship was empty but the extent of pollution from the vessel's fuel is not yet known.
