If there's one thing Lucy Watson knows about it's relationships, having been linked to a number of her co-stars since she first joined 'Made In Chelsea' in 2012 - and now she's put her experiences to good use and penned a dating guide for 21st century girls.
To promote her new book ‘The Dating Game’, Lucy - who in the past has dated Spencer Matthews and Jamie Laing - opened up about some of her more regrettable and difficult past relationships in an interview.

She told the MailOnline: "I have stayed in horrendous relationships. I've endured years of crying, losing weight, low confidence and ruined myself. I wish I had been stronger.
"I'm actually a real romantic at heart and I'll do whatever it takes to be with someone that I love."
She also revealed that what pushed her to write her new book was that she felt there wasn’t enough advice for girls available when she was young and new on the dating scene.
Lucy explained: "I've had quite a few relationships at a young age and I wish I'd had someone to give me advice. My book is like an older sister.
"I wish I had realised the right time to say to someone, "No, you're not good enough."
Lucy recently admitted that there can be a lot of awkwardness on the set of ‘Made In Chelsea’ with so many of the cast filming with their exes, while Spencer Matthews branded the show “a bit incestuous”.
‘Made In Chelsea’ continues on Monday, April 14 at 10pm on E4.
