‘Strictly Come Dancing’ producers are reportedly looking for the token “hunk” for the 2014 series and it looks like they may have found him in rugby heartthrob Thom Evans.
It's claimed that BBC bosses are desperate to get Thom to sign up for the forthcoming twelfth series of the dancing show, as they believe his good looks will win over female viewers, much like Ben Cohen, Louis Smith and Harry Judd who have all competed in past years.

A source explained to The Sun: “Bosses see Thom as the new show heartthrob. There is no doubt he’d make housewives pick up the phone to vote.”
And it sounds like the rugby star might be a lot more open to taking part in ‘Strictly’ this year, now that he’s a single man again.
Thom and his ex-girlfriend, Jessica Lowndes
An insider told the newspaper: “It’s the second year in a row Thom has been approached by ‘Strictly’ bosses. Last year he turned down their offer because he was in a relationship with US actress Jessica Lowndes.
“It’s different this year after the couple split in October. Thom looks likely to sign in the next few weeks.”
Of course, if Thom needs some ‘Strictly’ advice, he can always call on his ex-fiancée Kelly Brook, who took part in the series back in 2007, but ultimately dropped out of the show after the death of her father.
Thom is the latest star to be linked to the show, with TV presenter Caroline Flack, Radio 1 DJ Greg James and soap queen Michelle Collins all rumoured to be taking part in the next series, which for the first time, will not be hosted by Sir Bruce Forsyth.
Instead, Claudia Winkleman will co-host the series with Tess Daly, making them the first female duo to front a primetime Saturday night show in the UK.
