The French are brilliant at skincare and yes, us Brits have been obsessed with the stuff for decades. However, even if you've got your favourite go-to brands (Avene, Vichy... the list goes on), a new company has just launched in the UK with a luxe beauty line worth knowing about.
Codage Paris has been created by brother and sister Julien & Amandine Azencott. Each product is made to target specific skincare needs (the personalised approach was inspired by the traditional French pharmacy practices) and uses natural active ingredients to support a healthy, glowing complexion.
How does this idea of tailored skincare work? The serum collection is the best example of this.
Numbered one to 11, the serums are aimed at every skin type. From Intense Moisturising to Soothing & Anti-Redness, there really is a product for everyone. And they don't just target one problem. (The Anti-Ageing Supreme serum has been made to moisturise, reduce fine lines, remove spots and puffiness and lift the skin.)
The best news is, you don't have to travel to France to pick one up. The brand has just launched in Selfridges and from 3 - 5 April, co-founder Julien Azencott will be hosting a beauty workshop in the London store. He will be recommending personalised prescriptions according to customer needs and anyone who buys a product will receive the Express Codage Detox Facial. Now there's an offer that can't be refused...
Codage is available at Selfridges from £23 to £161.
