A video of a small child with hundreds of head lice crawling all over her head has gone viral - and is making the internet itch all over.
The child, who reports claim is a 7-year-old girl, has a serious case of nits and sits patiently while the infestation is combed out.
Dee Wright, founder of The Hairforce Lice Assasins that offer a special service to banish nits, told MailOnline that the case in the video was extreme.
"That looks very heavy. We see infestations of that nature," she told MailOnline.
"We’ve even seen people with nests. That’s where you’ve got so many lice they’re clumping together. They’re a big ball of lice fighting each other for survival."

According to the NHS, a head lice infestation isn't the result of dirty hair or poor hygiene. All types of hair can be affected, regardless of its length and condition. Lice can return, even after an infestation has been treated.
According to Buzzfeed, this video first circulated last year.
HuffPost UK Lifestyle have contacted the video's uploader, YouTube user guallan, to find out more about the video and are awaiting a response.
Oh, and if the video wasn't enough... here's a Vine.
