Louis Tomlinson could eventually end up on the ‘X Factor’ panel, if his rumoured plans go smoothly.
According to reports, the One Direction singer has high hopes when it comes to his career in the entertainment industry, and is aiming to replicate the success of Syco Records’ boss Simon Cowell.

The Sun reports that Louis has made his first move by sitting on the panel for the first audition stages of the new show ‘Be In The Band’.
“Louis has his business head screwed on and is busy making plans for the future. He’s rated very highly at Sony and they knew he’d be great to get on board,” a source tell the paper. “Louis accepted their offer straight away.
“He has visions of being a music boss in the future and has a good eye for new talent.”
“There are even industry rumours he’ll end up as an ‘X Factor’ judge at some point down the line,” the source concludes.
Back in January, it was revealed that Louis had launched his own company, 78 Productions Limited, and reports stated this marked the beginning of his foray into other areas of the entertainment industry.
The singer has a busy schedule, and is currently on tour with 1D.
So far, things are going smoothly, although there was a small hiccup during a Perth gig last month, when Zayn Malik was forced to leave the stage early due to illness.
The ‘On The Road Again’ tour arrives in the UK this September.
