Tom Hardy's Reaction To A Sexist Interview Question Is Perfect

Tom Hardy was left practically speechless when he was hit with a sexist interview question, during a recent ‘Mad Max’ press conference.

The new reboot of the ‘Mad Max’ film series pits Tom alongside Charlize Theron, with the duo at the centre of all the dystopian action, and has had rave reviews since its release earlier this month.

However, during a Cannes Q&A session, one journalist asked him whether he felt uncomfortable sharing so much screen-time with a woman, when action movies are traditionally so male-dominated - a suggestion which Tom did not take kindly to judging by his baffled face.

Oh dear

If that’s not a look of true bewilderment, we don’t know what is.

A reporter said to Tom: “I have five sisters, a wife, a daughter and a mother, so I know what its like to be outgunned by oestrogen.

"Did you ever read the script and think, 'Why are all these women in here?' I thought this was supposed to be a man's movie?"

Seriously, though?!

After what felt like a decade of silence, and a brief look of shade in its purest form, Tom offered, by way of response, a simple: “No. Not for one minute.”
