60-Year-Old Teacher's Uptown Funk Retirement Dance Is Awesome

When the time came for 60-year-old Shirley Clements to retire, the teacher didn't just have a goodbye speech prepared, she put on a whole damn dance - to Uptown Funk.

Clements created an annual dance competition called Outbreak in Surrey, British Columbia, so it was only fitting that she surprised the crowd there with an epic performance.

Although the performance happened in January, it is gaining international attention now after being posted on the EllenTube video page this month.

Much to the delight of her students at the Canadian school, Clements, who is decked out in a spangled pink hoody and trackies, even spins on her head.
