A video has been posted on Reddit showing the moment an entire school performed a spine-tingling haka as a tribute to their former teacher, who died in his sleep.
The incredibly emotional and powerful performance was put on by current and former students at Palmerston North Boys' High School on New Zealand's North Island.
Dawson Tamatea had taught at the school for 25 years, when he unexpectedly passed away on Sunday. The video, which was originally posted on Reddit, has since had more than 350,000 views.
The haka is a traditional Maori dance, war cry or challenge, as well as a display of a tribe's pride, strength and unity.
In 2012, a video of New Zealand soldiers performing the haka to bid farewell to their fallen comrades went viral, racking up more than 4m views.
