The actress recently appeared on the ITV lunchtime chat show as a guest panellist and had planned to wear an outfit she had already picked out beforehand, but was told she needed to dress more conservatively.

Speaking on Alan Carr’s ‘Chatty Man’, Goldie explained: “I was about to go on and they said ‘You can’t wear this and you can’t wear that and you can’t wear any low cut’.

“It’s their rules, I totally get it. But I did not bring anything like that.

“I thought ‘Why did not I get this information earlier?’

“It’s not like I come over with a trunk – like the old days.

“I threw a bunch of things in the suitcase. I had one dress and it is black and purple so I wore that.”

During her appearance on ‘Loose Women’ earlier this month, Goldie slammed marriage as she opened up about her unmarried relationship with Kurt Russell.

Goldie spoke about her relationship with Kurt Russell on the show

"We'd been married before (to other people), it didn't work, so why do it again,” she said.

“And marriage ends up being a business deal, because at the end of a marriage, no matter how long or short it is, somebody owes somebody money.”

She added of Kurt: "We're all different, you enter a relationship with a fingerprint that's all your own, and you want to be able to know how to match your fingerprint to somebody else's, and it doesn't.

"So you work around it, you find the things that are working for you, and things that aren't working for you, and we go through stages of our lives. So we have to be very self-aware, and very reflective and extremely empathetic toward the other person, and forgiving."

‘Loose Women’ airs weekday at 12.30pm on ITV.
