‘Ground Force’ star Tommy Walsh was arrested and spent a night in the cells following an argument with two men he found urinating in his neighbour's garden.
The 58-year-old TV builder is facing a criminal investigation for causing ‘actual bodily harm’ following the altercation.
Tommy, who shot to fame on the garden make-over show alongside Alan Titchmarsh and Charlie Dimmock, was released on bail on Sunday (31 Jan).

The incident occurred on Friday night as Tommy returned from his local pub in Hackney, East London with his son.
Tommy told The Sun: “I saw them as I was coming home and I said, that’s bang out of order. My neighbour’s kids play in that garden.
“They came out into the street at me aggressively. I felt threatened and there was an altercation.
“Afterwards one of the guys was bleeding a bit so I got him a plaster.
“I thought that was the end of it but 20 minutes later I had the police here. I thought it was a joke.”

A police spokesman said: “Officers attended and found a man in his 30s suffering from an ear injury following an altercation with two men.
“He was taken to hospital for a check-up but was not seriously injured.
“One man aged in his 50s was later arrested on suspicion of ABH and taken to a local police station for questioning.
“He has since been bailed to a date in mid-March. The investigation continues.”
