This weekend’s ‘X Factor’ sees yet another familiar face audition in front of the judges.
Samantha Atkinson made it through to Bootcamp on last year’s series, but left the show after clashing with Ryan Ruckledge in the group challenge.
In a clip of this weekend’s show, Samantha tells the judges: “To be honest, it’s done me a favour. It’s made me feel stronger to come back now.”
Whilst Ryan went on to do a stint in the ‘Big Brother’ house, Samantha is back to audition and does a fine job of covering Adele’s ‘When We Were Young’.
We’re not sure what Simon Cowell, Nicole Scherzinger, Louis Walsh and Sharon Osbourne made of her audition, but we reckon the 32-year-old landlady will be making another appearance at this year’s Bootcamp.

Meanwhile, ITV bosses have confirmed a new deal with Syco Entertainment, which means we get to watch ‘The X Factor’ (and ‘Britain’s Got Talent’) for at least another three more years.
ITV’s director of television Kevin Lygo shared his excitement following the new deal, stating: “‘Britain’s Got Talent’ and ‘The X Factor’ are both big, brilliant, wonderful shows and I am delighted that they will continue to take up their place as an important part of our schedule for the next three years.”
Simon Cowell added: “I want to thank ITV for continuing to be fantastic partners.
“I’m delighted for the shows and, in particular, for all the talented people who work on them with us.”
