Phil Mitchell is set to receive some potentially life-changing news in ‘EastEnders’, but will it be a brilliant early Christmas present? Or more bad news?
The action all begins in a fortnight’s time, when Sharon begins making plans for the 25 December.
However, with his health worsening, Phil shocks his family by announcing that he’d rather spend Christmas alone.
Sharon then decides to buy Phil a fancy armchair as a present, but upon presenting him with the gift, finally begins to realise that he needs space, on what could be his last Christmas. Cheerful, isn’t it?
Viewers will then see Letitia Dean’s character hold a family meeting, to tell everyone that they are going to grant Phil his wish.
The next day though, things take an unexpected turn, when the Mitchells receive some news that could change everything forever…
