‘X Factor Final’: Honey G's Solo Performance At Wembley Arena Leaves Many Viewers Displeased

'Honey G gets a record deal before the winner? What an insult.'

So… Honey G took to the stage for a solo performance at Saturday (10 December) night’s ‘X Factor’ final, and many viewers really weren’t happy.

It’s normal for each series’ eliminated contestants to return for a group performance, but the self-styled rapper from North Wheezy was given her own slot, during which she mashed up tracks including ‘Men In Black’, and gave viewers a preview of her debut single.

Yes, you read that correctly. Honey G has actually signed a deal with Simon Cowell’s label Syco Music, and her efforts will be revealed in all their glory on Friday 23 December.

The rapper received a mixed reaction from the crowd at Wembley Arena, and boos were mixed in with the cheers during her chat with Dermot O’Leary.
