‘EastEnders’ Spoilers: Paul Coker’s Funeral Set To Be As Emotional As You’d Expect

We're already sobbing just looking at these pictures.

‘EastEnders’ fans will need the tissues at the ready next week, when Paul Coker’s funeral takes place.

The youngest member of the Coker family died after a homophobic attack last month, and in the weeks since, his boyfriend Ben has been on the warpath, while Les and Pam have struggled to band together and cope with the news.

When the emotional day arrives, the married couple both have different ways of dealing with things, but it all becomes a little too much to bear for Pam, when she goes to see Paul’s body.

Meanwhile, undertaker Les leads the funeral procession and makes sure his grandson is given a fitting send-off.

However, his professional demeanour and focus leave Pam distraught and she accuses him of being too business-like at the wake.

When she breaks down and leaves the Queen Vic, Les rushes after her but he’s the one left stunned when Pam makes a mystery suggestion.

There’s one other question too: Where’s Ben?

Paul’s boyfriend was at his side when he dies, but his revenge plot is set to take over, and lead to him missing the final farewell.

Actor Jonny Labey, who played Paul, isn’t the only star to have departed the soap in recent months.
