Christmas in ‘Emmerdale’ is set to kick off with a shock kiss, as Moira Barton finds herself locking lips with her nephew, Pete. Yes, you read that correctly. And yes, this has happened before.
Earlier this year, we say Pete lean in for a smooch after a few drinks, and a guilt-ridden Moira confessed all to her then husband Cain Dingle.

Bosses are keeping tight lipped on how this storyline will develop, but this is Soapland, so don’t expect a relatively simple resolution to take place.
A number of other characters are also set to be in the spotlight for the festive season, and there will be one whole episode dedicated to telling Ashley Thomas’s story.

These ‘Emmerdale’ scenes air on Wednesday 21 December. Check out all the latest soap news and spoilers here.
