We finally have a start date for the new series of ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ - and the good news is we don’t have long to wait.
Show bosses have confirmed this year’s series of the ITV show will air on Sunday 13 November at 9pm.
While the line-up is yet to be confirmed, many big names have already been thrown into the cork hat.
Over the weekend, it was reported that former ‘EastEnders’ star Larry Lamb will be calling the jungle home, while Carol Vorderman and ‘Gogglebox’ star Scarlett Moffatt are also thought to be jetting off to Australia.
Daytime TV fans will be pleased to hear that ‘Homes Under The Hammer’ presenter Martin Roberts has aso reportedly signed on the dotted line to appear.
This year’s jungle-dwelling celebs have a rather disgusting new ‘delicacy’ to look forward to chowing down on in the infamous bushtucker trials, in the form of crocodile vagina.
Yum.
This series may also be the last in the current location, which has been used for the previous 14 seasons of the show.
ITV could be forced to find a new place to film as a dispute with the landowner means he may not agree to let them film there in the future, according to reports.
ITV’s contract with the man, named simply as Craig, runs out in February, reports The Sun, and a source tells the paper: “The relationship between Craig and the bosses has badly broken down. He’s always found hosting the show on his land frustrating, but in the past has considered it worth the money they throw at him.
In response to the claims, an ITV spokesperson simply states: “We have a good relationship with the owner of the site and we’re currently on our 15th series in that location.”
