Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel has won the 2011 Formula One World Championship for the second time after ending the Japanese Grand Prix in third place.
McLaren's Jenson Button won the race at the figure-of-eight Suzuka circuit, with Ferrari's Fernando Alonso in third place.
But Vettel's third place was enough to secure him the world title, his second in two years. He becomes the youngest driver ever to achieve consecutive titles, aged just 24.
