Girls Aloud singer Sarah Harding has made a complaint to cops following an angry bust-up with her new boyfriend in a hotel room in Austria.
The 30-year-old had a troubled 2011 which left her in rehab for alcohol addiction and depression, but the star is facing fresh issues after being hospitalised following a row with her new beau, known only as Theo, during an Austrian skiing holiday.
Speaking to The Sun, a witness spoke of a 'terrible fight' erupting in the early hours of the morning, despite Sarah appearing happy with Theo throughout the day.
The hotel guest said: "There was banging and screaming and a few guests came out into the corridor.
"It was obviously a very serious tiff indeed. There was a lot of screaming and shouting."
The star, who was staying at the Hotel Schloss Matzen near Innsbruck, was allegedly left bruised with swollen eyes and a bandage on her arm.
The source added: "Sarah was taken to hospital because she was hysterical after the row. She was crying and screaming and clearly in a lot of distress."
The star flew back to her Buckinghamshire mansion last night and told reporters that she'd had the "week from f**king hell" and has since made a formal complaint to police.
Pals had warned Sarah against getting back into a relationship so quickly after her split with her DJ fiance Tom Crane.
A source said: "She has been through a lot and met Theo when she was getting her life back on track after rehab. But it's difficult telling Sarah what to do."
