She's on hiatus from Girls Aloud and has denied a return to The X Factor, but Cheryl Cole is keeping busy as an estate agent to the stars.
The 28-year-old is on the hunt for a multi-million-pound London home for pal will.i.am who is set to be spending more time in the UK as a judge on new talent show The Voice.
The Black Eyed Peas star is jetting between London, LA and Korea for various projects and Cheryl has taken the stress of searching for the perfect home out of his hands.
A source tells The Mirror: "Cheryl has told him to leave it all up to her. She knows his taste, arty with fab architecture or a futuristic feel.
"They've ruled out a tacky bachelor pad. Wherever they choose, studio space will be vital. He is always working and does not want to put his beat-making on hold."
The singer is checking out London areas such as Clerkenwell, posh Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Dulwich and Cheryl is eager to lend a hand after her American mentor helped find her aa Los Angeles pad last year.
The source added: "Will is desperate to lay down some roots. He helped Chez in LA last year when she was there for X Factor, so she wants to return the favour."
However, the pop star had better wrap up her real estate sideline fast - it recently emerged she is to go back into the studio to record a duet with Lana Del Ray.
The pair is said to be teaming up to pen a hit record for Cheryl's highly-anticipated third album.
"She got hold of one and was really taken with it. The record label are pretty happy about it because Lana has a massive following."
