Byrdie, the Rhodesian ridgeback, didn't fancy getting on board the 10.20am Delta flight for Memphis yesterday - he decided he'd much rather have a sniff about the runway instead.
His unfortunate escape saw him delay three flights as handlers attempted to coax him off the tarmac - but fortunately for the passengers held up by the curious hound, operation 'dog shoo' took only 10 minutes to complete.
