We're used to seeing Lady Gaga in some pretty outrageous clothes but she's ditched the crazy clobber altogether in the photo used to promote her new perfume, Fame.
The arty black and white pic - snapped by legendary fashion photographer Steven Klein - sees a naked Gaga reclining as an army of semi-naked mini muscle men clamber all over her body.
We have no idea what it means but we likey very much.
In typical Gaga fashion, the scent itself is also groundbreaking - it's a black liquid that sprays clear.
The singer - who is currently in the middle of her Born This Way Ball world tour - said she was nervous about unveiling the art work.
"I won’t lie I’m a bit nervous," she tweeted. "Its been a while since I’ve shared some work with you. But i’m so proud of Steven+I, we really did not sleep!"
Meanwhile, Gaga has struck up an online friendship with Gwen Stefani after she gave No Doubt's new single - their first in 10 years - the seal of approval, tweeting her 27 million followers: "@nodoubt single 'Settle Down' is out. I just bought it! Go get it its so good! Band formed the year i was born! 1986 baby"
Gaga's new bezzie, Gwen Stefani
Her message was spotted by Gwen who replied: "Wow gaga muffin thanks for the shout out that's big! Kiss from one Stefani to another!"
