When thinking about the way in which a trust fall could go wrong, you'd probably imagine a scenario in which the person falling backwards fails to be caught by the person standing behind them.

You wouldn't, in all likelihood, imagine the scene above - which demonstrates not only the need to trust those around you when partaking in a trust fall, but also the need to listen to instructions very clearly.
