Another day, another Justin Bieber gets-into-trouble story.
Yep, the Biebs is in hot water yet again - this time with his neighbour in California.
Police were called after a row erupted between the singer and a man who lives on the same street.
According to TMZ, the argument - reportedly over claims that Biebs' pals had been using his mansion as a party pad while he was away on tour - became a bit heated and the singer's security escorted the man off the property.
Police are now investigating a complaint made by the neighbour who alleged Justin had threatened him during the confrontation resulting in him filing a police battery report.
A member of Justin's security told 3am Online: "The neighbour came onto Justin's property to complain to him, supposedly about parties while Justin was away and possibly other issues.
"They exchanged words and Justin went inside. Security spoke with the neighbour. The police were called but there was no physical altercation."
