The authenticity of a photo published by the Korean Central News Agency showing North Korean forces staging a hovercraft landing on Monday has been thrown into doubt after the AFP news agency, among others, suggested the photo had been “digitally enhanced”.
The Huffington Post UK has spent considerable resources looking at the image, hoping to conclude definitively whether the picture has been doctored or not.
After an exhaustive effort, we remain suspicious of several areas of the image and would suggest that it probably has been tampered with.
