The 'Scream And Shout' singer will take to the stage at London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on Sunday 14 July.
It's the first time Wireless is being held at the venue, having previously taken place in Hyde Park.
Devlin, Misha B, Mikky Ekko and Sub Focus have also been added to the bill, which already boasts Justin Timberlake and rap mogul Jay-Z as its headliners.
JT is headlining Friday 12 July, Jay-Z on Saturday 13 July - with the pair coming together for the Sunday night.
Both will then head out on their North American Legends of The Summer Stadium Tour this year.
Calvin Harris, Emeli Sande, Rita Ora, Frank Ocean, John Legend, Macklemore, A$AP Rocky, Jessie Ware and Katy B are among the other acts playing the festival.
