Tulisa topped last year's list but has been replaced by Mila Kunis as FHM's Sexiest Woman In The World 2013.
The 'Friends With Benefits' star fought off stiff competition from the likes of Rihanna - who came second - and 'I'm A Celebrity' star Helen Flanagan who came third, 'Corrie' babe Michelle Keegan who came fourth and Kelly Brook who completed the top 5.
