A student has won himself free tuition for a year - and the awe of his classmates - after sinking an incredible half-court shot, and he doesn't even play basketball.
Andrew Schneeweis, a freshman at Colorado State University in the US, was picked at random from a 7,000-strong crowd at a new student pep rally. The 18-year-old aced the shot on his first of three attempts, leaving the basketball coaches who'd promised to stump up the money no choice but to dig deep.
