'Strictly Come Dancing' Judge Craig Revel Horwood: 'There Were Secret Romances Last Year'

Craig Reveals Secret 'Strictly' Romances

Strictly Come Dancing's Craig Revel Horwood has revealed there were secret romances on last year's show.

The long-standing judge admitted that some of the 2012 cast - who included the likes of Denise Van Outen, Kimberley Walsh and Louis Smith - hooked up off camera.

He told Reveal magazine: "There are always romances on 'Strictly'. There were definitely some romances in last year's series - but you just never got to know about them."

However, spoilsport Craig wouldn't reveal any names. Damnit!

"I'm not telling! We've worked out ways to hide and disguise them. I'm not teasing, it's true. I like a good romance," he added.

'Strictly' has a history of hook-ups among the celebrities and professional dancers.

Artem Chigvintsev and Kara Tointon's on-screen chemistry in 2010 turned into romance, while Kristina Rihanoff dated her 2009 partner Joe Calzaghe for four years.

Artem and Kara are one of the show's most famous off-screen couples

Ex-pro Flava Cache also dated Matt DiAngelo and is now engaged to Jimi Mistry, both of whom she partnered on the show.

"There’s always tons of romance, but no one ever admits it," host Tess Daly previously told New! magazine back in 2011.
