Reader Pictures Terms And Conditions

If you send AOL any photos, you give AOL a non-exclusive, worldwide licence for the full period of copyright to use your photo and you warrant that you own or control the rights in the photos and that this licence is not in conflict with any other rights and you fully and effectively indemnify AOL against all such claims and losses. This licence and any non-contractual obligations are governed by English law and English courts will hear any claims between us.
