Tom Huddlestone could hardly have wished for a better birthday. On the day he turned 27, Hull City thumped Fulham 6-0, he ended his goal drought and got his hair cut.
Huddlestone hadn't hit the back of the net since his pearler past Arsenal on 20 April 2011, and vowed to continue growing his hair until he next scored.

Earlier this month, his strike against Liverpool was rightly recorded as a Martin Skrtel own goal, but with three days remaining of 2013 he finally did it at the KC Stadium.
Immediately, Huddlestone dashed to the home dugout and had his hair literally cut by one of Steve Bruce's backroom staff.
