Armed police rushed to the scene of a suspected axe attack - only to find four teenagers making a zombie film.
The mix-up in Harrogate following emergency call to the apparent bloody scene has been revealed by North Yorkshire Police on Twitter.

Officers had been responding to a report of teenagers armed with an axe, and a victim lying bloodied on the floor.
The control room team wryly tweeted: "It could have had #Grave consequences though! Glad it was a call with good intent."
The force's Twitter page also revealed some other mysterious events taking place in the local area…
